Default Fuse Box layout on 2000 CRV

Please can someone help with a diagram of fuse box for a CRV 2000 model. I need to change the cigarette lighter fuse and my instructions are in Japanese

Do like I did and google for a 1997-2000 Honda CRV Service manual. You'll get a lot of shady sites and have to keep looking but eventually you'll find a PDF that has everything for this car (illegal? probably but I can search a PDF and use it on the PC in my garage, a physical manual I have to flip through the pages for weeks).

after 5 minutes of searching the 1395 pg pdf. here you go pal. I'm guessing this is the one per the service manual.

Have you checked the switch above the driver window switches that lock the other windows?

Reminds me of the time i started taking off my door panel because one of my rear doors didnt open from the inside. Then i realized that the car wash guy had accidentally switched on my child safety locks.
