Cr-v 2014 replaced steering gearbox and DTC 52-01 has been set.

i replaced the steering gearbox of cr-v 2014 labled a11 with a new one labled a01 same harnesses and motor its also for a cr-v but i think from other region. So all mechanical job done and epa indicator comes on and DTC 52-01 HAS BEEN SET. Any ideas what to do or how to program the new one to fit with the ECM.
