I was driving home and got clipped causing my car to hit the curb and roll it over on its side for about 60 feet, the driver window broke out causing my arm to get pinned underneath the car as it was sliding down the road...my arm was pinned underneath the car until I popped the curb again giving me about 5 seconds to pull my arm from underneath the car so the I wasn't pinned underneath it until the cops showed up

Yeah the road rash sucks a bit butg I was wearing my seatbelt thankfully so I didnt get tossed from the car, the thing that pisses me off is I was in the left lane and the guy in the right lane bumped me and made me lose control and somehow I got blamed for the accident even though I was in my lane, It's a 2 lane reseidential street and I was doing 30mph and even though there is ZERO damage on the passenger side of my car he claims I hit him...Well wouldnt you think if I hit him I would have some damage one my car on the passenger side????

Im fighting this in court for sure, Theres more to the story that has to deal with the cops but I dont want to talk about it on the internet since I dont want anything to come back on me, you know what I mean?
