99 honda crv p1399 code
I have a 99 crv and keep getting a p1399 code. I've replaced air idle control valve, fuel injectors, spark plugs and wires, and distributor what can be the problem?

You might want to check:-
1/ Could be a failing Ignition coil.
2/ Could be a lazy primary O2 sensor.
3/ B20 engine between 97 and 2001 are known to have a tightening valves problem.
