Default 2008 CR-V EX evaporator water drain line replacement help

I need to replace evaporator water drain line or fix it since most of the exterior part coming out of the car on the bottom has been chewed up most likely by mice or something while car was parked at storage for a month.

I am not seeing any way to fix the rubber tube unless someone has some great idea. there has quarter size holes all over, but one of them is right where the tube enters the car area. Like right at the end.

If I am going to replace it, I like to attempt it myself. Not sure where its going inside the unit and how much I need to take interior apart and from which side.

Could not find a great photo or exact part number to order. I think its part number is (80271-SWA-A00) but digital photo has two three ends? Would love to see a real photo!

Photos, part number, some instructions of how to get it out and replaced, and where is best place to order it would be great. I am assuming since its just a rubber peace, quality might not matter that much and could order it off (Ebay, Amazon third party seller) for cheaper rate? What you guys think?

Thanks
