Pull any codes you could read. Are you getting carbon buildup and knocking?
Run a can of Seafoam through a 1/4 tank and do a Seafoam spray cleaning process at the same time. Then change your oil. Are you on high mileage oil already? You should be if you are not. Valvoline Maxlife is not bad, but some swear by Mobil Formula1 and other high mileage products. This would help reduce or eliminate the oil getting into the combustion chambers through the valve seals, and other leaks.
Check for vacuum leaks. Check/replace spark plugs.
See if any calipers are dragging or e-brake stuck.
