Stuck idle air control valve on the throttle body. They get carboned up and can't spin freely.

air charge temp sensor (in breather tube) cleaned throttle body no change despite being over this thing my wife loves it so I would really like to figure this out lol PCM maybe? the computer maybe |

Has regular maintenance been performed? Like valve adjustments?
Do you have a scan tool that shows details like manifold pressure and fuel trims? |

Hard to diagnose without more information. Could just start throwing parts at it but that gets expensive quick. Might be worth the $100 diag at Honda.
