Default Zex install questions (bulk head & wiring harness)

Couple of questions for anyone running the zex dry kit. First of all, it appears I am missing the bulk head that goes on the NOS jet for my intake, my question is when I drill does the bulk head go on the inside of the intake pipe to secure it? How does that exactly work, two can I use a threaded nut to accomplish the same thing.

Secondly; it appears I didnt get the wiring harness for the zex kit and Im wondering if I truely need it or can I just wire the red wire (positive) directly to the on/off switch and have another red wire (positive) going from the switch to the fuse box. I am under the assumption the everything is grounded through the black wire off the zex brain.

Thanks

I have the wet kit. poped the "bulkhead" through from the inside of my intake pipe, and then threaded the nut on from the outside. If you dont have it you might be able to get away with threading the intake pipe to the same size as the nozzle and screwing it in. Or you could drill and tap your intake manifold on the bottom right after the throttle body to be extra sneaky.

you dont need the bulkhead piece. the kit comes with a piece to cut threads into your intake after you drill the hole. then you just thread in the nozzle. as far as the wiring yes just run the red wire to the switch, then from the switch to a switched power source (ignition wire). and as always use a fuse, and fuseholder. then ground the black wire, and hook white to the according wire on your tps, and program the box. you should be good to go.
