Default ZC SOHC V-tec

I just picked up a 93 SI hatch and have a few questions.
The car currently has a SOHC V-tec ZC engine.I have not been able to find out much info as to how strong they are.
I know they came in the 91 and earlier civics, but that's all I have been able to find.
Is this motor worth keeping in and adding 6-8psi of boost? Is the motor solid enough stock? My goal is 200whp or so and still be reliable.
Next, I have a buddy with a B16 1 with everything needed for the swap. The motor has 30K on it.He's asking $1900 for the harness, motor, tranny, shift linkage, axles and mounts. Is this a good deal or should I be looking elsewhere?
Last, the rear wheel bearings are howling.I went to AutoZone and they said they only sell the bearings with the hubs.Is there any place that sells just the bearings?

$1900 is a very good deal.
as for your zc engine. im not sure about how much boost it can handle but my friend has a 92 civ zc w/ i/h/e str cam gear and a 75shot and it ran great for over a year and finealy bleaw a ring. w/ a best time of 14.8@91@4420ft above sea.
if i were you i would buy a b18b1,b16tranny,65shot and you'll be ALOT faster than a zc w/boost

Yes, I'll sell the ZC and everything for it.
The motor has 33,000 and the tranny has 14,000.If you are interested I'm only asking $500 for the motor, tranny, axles and mounts.
