Default ZC internals in a d16y8?

i have a 98 ex coupe and i was wonderin if the pistons, rods, valves, etc. will fit in my engine with no problem? Also if so where would i find the parts?

Is it worth the upgrade with the zc pistons? will i notice any difference? also is it cheaper than gettin aftermarket pistons? where can i get them from

ZC rods will fit too. They're good up to 250hp i think. Get 'em from a junkyard, just make sure they're in good condition.
