zc in 93 civic
I have a chanse to pick up a jdm zc engine from a friend for fairly cheap. J/W would it be worth it to put it in a 93 civic ex coupe? Plans are to go turbo in the future. Does the stock d16 tranny fit on the zc engine too. Thanks guys

Yes your tranny will bolt up to the ZC, but unless your EX D16Z6 engine is about to blow up, I would not consider a ZC swap.
The D16Z6 is a better engine IMO because the aftermarket is much more strong than for the ZC engine.
Both have 9.2:1 CR, and both are rated within 5hp of each other - 125hp for the D16Z6, 130hp for the ZC.
