ZC 1/4 Mile times...
I'm having a slight debate over an 88-91 Civic that has a Bone stock DOHC ZC in it running 14.4's all Motor here in Denver, at over 5,280 ft. in elevation.
My question is this: What do "most" 88-91 Civic's with ZC swaps run in your area, mainly at sea level? Both stripped and stock interior? This thing is WAY stripped, but the motor is apparently completely stock with stock air box and tube(modified for cold air), and an open Pacesetter Header!! My take is that at our altitude it is very impressive. Am I way off here?
Thanks for any info.!

Re: ZC 1/4 Mile times... (ghettols)
Cool, thanks for the response.
Supposedly the block and internals are stock. Just the Pacesetter Header(which is probabaly no better than stock) and a stock airbox with no filter modified for cold air. Thats it, nothing more. It Does have serious, serious weight reduction, stock suspension etc. and some small slicks.
Yeah, I'm very impressed, rememeber that was over a mile high in elevation, so were talking 13's easy at sea level. Theres a bunch of guys talkign **** about a "race" car that only runs 14's but with that motor it's way impressive.
Any other info, input etc?
Thanks.

Wow, thats pretty good. Thanks for the Info.
I did the calculations, so his times at sea level would be "approximetly" 13.504 on a stock ZC! It's all about weight I suppose...

See my sig for dyno numbers.
No 1/4 mile times yet. But the interior is pretty much gutted except for the dash and door panels.
Need to weigh the thing, too!
