You will need to use the Y8 fuel rail as the mounting is a little different.
The injectors are interchangable so if one set looks cleaner than the other go with that.
As far as you needing anything else, you shouldn't.
Wait a tick. What year is the Y8 manifold? Does it have the air injection ports? If so, you'll need to block those off.

pretty basic swap of manifolds...............
word of advice............dont use y8 injectors with the z6 manifold. they will not fit. make sure to check lines and gaskets as well..................good luck

why are you worrying about air injection, unless your manifold is 98-00 or 99-00, i always forget the specific years, but it should be a couple holes in the bottom underside of the plenum of the manifold i am going to guess even though i havent seen it i do know the principal of it
just try to find one that isnt air injection if you can or swap someone that needs one or something if you already have one

If your Y8 manifold has the air injection port, just block it off.
NOTE: what was said earlier about the fuel injectors is NOT true! The Z6 & Y8 injectors are the same size and do fit, but the plugs are different. If you try to use your Y8 injectors you will have to swap to OBD2 injector plugs on your harness. Totally pointless I think, just keep your stock ones but you will have to use the Y8 fuel rail, the Z6 doesn't fit the Y8 mani.
