Icon2 z6 TB on manual y8 IM (FITV hose help)

ok so heres the deal. i have a 97 civic DX 5 speed.

It has:
d16y7 block
d16z6 head
d16y8 intake manifold. 5 speed
d16y7 throttle body atm--
running a p2e ecu (3 wire iacv)

i plan on putting a p28 ecu soon so i will be using the 2 wire iacv valve behind the y8 intake manifold. i heard "trying to use the 2 wire iacv valve with the y7 throttle body (has the 3 wire iacv valve on it) will make it run bad (it did, i tried it) i have a d16z6 throttle body to use besides the y7 one, but it has the FITV valve on the throttle body and i dont know what hoses connect to them.

should i put a block off plate on the fitv valve? or do i need to connect it to the iacv valve behind the intake manifold? ill post pics upon request

ok nvm i found out that one nipple connects to the iacv and the other connects to the coolant pipe on the back of the head. but my car bogs out when i try driving the car with the p28 and the 2 wire iacv. maybe its a bad computer? the car idles perfectly but runs like crap. i have the d16y8 fuel rail. maybe im running too rich?
