Default Z6 head d15b bottom end timing issues help

I have a 97 Honda civic and it's running like crap has no power up to 3 grand once three grand hits it starts building power until 6 grand and redlines . I'm thinking the timing is off but I don't have any timing covers to check my timing on the motor can someone give me some advice .

Wow right of the bat I can tell you 97 civic has crank angle senser!! If this not connected your car is going to run Like crap!

How you fix this ! You need crank angel sensor of 97 n up D. And oil pump.

Because d15 doesn't have the sensor or screws to mount the sensor.

Remember ANY PART FROM any D fit any D !
