I was wondering if anybody from or near Yonkers NY would know where I could go to get into a local speed shop. I'm movin there after thanksgiving and haven't lived there since I was 5.

lock your car up at night!!! alot of crooks in yonkers. if your car looks anywhere decent bring your papers for your motor and other parts like interior or 5 lug cause the cops are beasts out there. i never drive my honda when i go there. but younkers area is about 10-15 from queens there are alot of shops in queens along with engine depos.

few shops with in 20mins are drt/nrg/full throttle

it depends on what you want the shops to do , if its just for parts the net is much better for you may have out grown local shops. i realized this after a trip to queens where full throttle said they had a clutch and when i got there they said we dont stock it. its happened to me more then once @ Full throttle. freaken idiots kenny is the only one who knows anything at that shop.

I'm from Yonkers, I haven't been there in a while either....I have family there...it's pretty easy to get jacked there. I honestly don't think they're into imports so you might not have to worry about much....just make sure you're as safe as possible...

damn i was born in yonkers but moved down here. i still have family up there but i didn't know it was like that over there.

get it tuned out of the city so that no one knows what you are running, especially since the town is apparently notorious for theft.
