yet another seafoam ?
so i was talking to my dad bout seafoaming my car. and i told him bout running the seafoam through the brake booster line. and he told me that yea it will brake up the carbon into chunks but where will the chunks end up at? does seafoam eat the carbon up right away? he knew about running it through the gas tank but he said that running it through the brake booster line would leave chunks of carbon against the cylinder walls and in the oil pan which wouldnt be good. so my ? is does the seafoam eat the carbon right away? and while you run it through the brake booster line you rev the car up and down? then you let it sit for 5-10 mins. then take it on a drive or wut?

I have no clue about how it breaks up the carbon build up. I always thought it just burned it off. *shrugs* As for putting it through the brake booster. You have to rev it, dont let it fluctuate (up and down). And let it suck it up VERY slowly, because it is possible to hydrolock the engine with it.

i just seafoamed my car last night and i had a friend sit in the car and give it a lil gas while i was SLOWLY pouring the sefoam into the brake booster line then i reved it up a lil and went for a "spirited" drive, im pretty sure doin that way burns off most the carbon and wat doesnt get burnt off u get out wen u change your oil.
