Yes or No answer Please Disc Brakes on an EK
Will a set of 94-01 Integra GSR (2 door) rear trailing arms, Bolt up to a 00 Civic DX?

j/k yea they should. I believe you'll need the ebrake cable off of a 99-00 Si and a couple brackets too.

I went to the honda dealership and asked for part numbers for the Si proportioning valve, master cylinder, and booster. The Dx have all the same part number except for the master cylinder. And when you compare the Dx master cylinder to the Si one it's only 1/16 smaller than the Si MC. The DX is a 13/16 MC and the Si is 7/8 MC (14/16). I believe you don't need the 40/40 proportioning valve from the Si since it's the same part number as the 99-00 DX.

99-00 SI doesnt have a 4040 prop valve, its a completely different monster. Do use the prop valve from the 99-00 SI though, just dont expect it to be 4040. BTW, on a 92-95 car, you can use a 3040, its the same as the 92-95 Si (which has rear disk brakes).

I'm quite sure that the dx MC is 13/16" and the EX/SI is 15/16". That is only 1/8" difference, but it ends up being a lot more than people think. Since we are talking about the diameter of the opening.
((13/16)/2)^2*pi - area of opening for 13/16" MC
((15/16)/2)^2*pi - area of opening for 15/16" MC
Simplify and the ratio is 15^2/13^2 = 225/169 = 1.33
So the 15/16" MC is capable of pushing 33% more fluid than the 13/16".

are the stock rear gsr brake lines cut?if so you will need brake lines from a 99-00 si cuz ur dx had drums before.might as well get ss braed lines.

when I installed the Si MC on mine I could feel the pedal pressure a little more than before w/o it but for someone that doesn't autoX or drive hard around corners and such I don't really see a need for it, speaking from experience. I got a good price on mine so I bought one, but I would not buy one from the dealership brand new i would rather buy cross drilled or slotted rotors for the price of a brand new Si MC. Just my .02
