ANY autoparts store, you can find this and it works.

BLUE MAGIC (some paste in a jar)

I think you will find it where you find the rim cleaner. Just rub it on the headlamps with a soft cloth and wipe clean. It'll bring it back to life, crystal clear.

are you sure its on the inside of the lights? then nothing that people suggest will work.

but here is the real trick. it works for any car with plastic headlights, and can be done on side markers and corners.

a 2000 grit wet sand and a buff, they come out clean as hell, i just did 2 cars last week.

remove the headlights from the car and place a few sheets of 200 grit sand paper in a bucket of soapy water (car wash and water) let it soak for at least 15 minutes. wet the headlights then begin to sand, remeber to re-dip the sand paper every few strokes, the more you do it the better they will come out.

i say sand for at least 30 minutes. then rinse with cool clean water.
the lights might still look a little cloudy.

now spread some wax on the lights with a rag. any kind will do, i use meguirs scratch x or car polish. let it haze up like waxing a car. then buff the hell out of it with a high speed buffer.

brand new lights!!!

i HAD A 97 EX WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. I USED NAIL POLISSH REMOVER. tHE YELLOW STUFF IS A CLEAR FILM THAT IS ON THE HEADLIGHTS THAT THE SUN EATS AWAY. SO JUST USE SOME NAIL POLISH REMOVER AND SOME WINDEX AND IT SHOULD COME RIGHT OFF.
