if your y8 intake mani is complete, replace injectors from the y8 to the y7, keep y8 fuel rail. now you must use a y7 iacv, unless you wanna change your ecu. now if the y8 IM is from 99-2000 you must block off the little holes on the mating surface of the y8 intake manifold, you also need to block off the air injection port which is on the top of the flange. There is also a vacuum line on the back of the IM that i needed to block off as well. for the throttle body, i used the y7 throttle body and blocked off the IACV on the throttle body using leftover gasket (however i did change ECU's, so i needed to use the y8 IACV. For your case, you might wanna block off the IACV port on the back of the intake manifold) . now i used a bent throttle cable bracket. You need to use the y7 throttle body since they rotate differently. If you wanna keep the stock ecu, you will wanna

Also, the fuel line does not have to be longer. It should be positioned in close to the same spot.

It also only took about 4 seconds on google to find an in depth walk-through with photos on exactly what you are gonna have to do. Go crazy, DO YOUR RESEARCH before asking on the forum.

Not only is the OP missing the required car information...

The condescending feel of every post of OP's has caused this thread to be closed.

No infractions given at this time.
