Post Y80 problems with my B18C

Can some one please help me out maybe you've had similars problems. First some background I have a 1997 Civic Coupe with a JDM B18 swap. I had a Stage 2 excedy clutch installed but after 4 months it started giving me problems(clutch pressure was getting really stiff) I had the master and slave cylinder replaced(no help) I started having problems getting into gear (especially first, fifth and reverse.).I was told it was probably the clutch or throw out bearing problem. I just had an Excedy stage one clutch put in all new synchros and bearings but my pressure problem still remains it will be super stiff one day and have a stock feel the next morning with no rhyme or reason. No slippage, also my pedal is engaging lower than normal and it feels like im forcing it in gear but not grinding. Anyone else ever experience this if so what was your fix?
Please help I'm running out of funds.

Is your clutch pedal adjusted correctly? Have you checked to be sure nothing is obstructing the clutch assembly?

No obstructions that I can see, The shop that pulled it said they didn't change anything with the ride height of the clutch but it grabs lower since I gotten it back but only when the pressure is high, the pressure is my big concer it seems to go into gear easier when the pressure is lower and the clutch rides like stock but I can't figure out why its varrying. I can't find any leaks.

Any ideas of what can cause the pressure to build like that? I'm using royal purple tranny fluid.

I started having the pressure problems with my old clutch and it continued after installing the new one. Can a the slave or master cylinder cause a build up of to much pressure? It's wierd if I really baby it the pressure decreases but only for a small time and sparadically then its right back to the resistance of a stage 3-4 clutch. So irritating!
