Default y8 head on y7 block?

say i have a 98 civic lx. has the d16y7 engine (non vtec) automatic. what would it take to put a d16y8 head on it. what all would i need to change. the ecu, head, wires? i have access to a full y8 engine, automatic ecu , everything. but just thought it would be easier to change heads and not engines. the y7 only has 27k miles on it. y8 ( the parts car) has like 70k. thanks for the help.
