Y8 auto to z6 manual swap, please help

Hey guys, I had this over in the hybrid section but I'm not sure if it is supposed to be there or here, but anyway like the title says I'm swapping from a y8 auto in a 96 civic to a z6 with a manual. I have the engine in, linkage hooked up, I tied the wires together by the shift linkage so the vehicle thinks it's in park so I can get the wheel lock and key lock off, and so it starts, I did the "iacv fix", and I'm using the obd2 harness with the y8 alternator swapped over to the z6 as well as the fuel rail and injectors. I have a jumper harness going to a p06 that was originally chipped for a del sol with a z6. All the sensors from what I can tell are hooked up properly but when I try to start it, it takes several times before I can get it going and once it does pop off it idles great. But as soon as you give it gas a few times it falls on its face and dies. I checked the tps with a multi meter and it tests out good, one person said that I might have the tps and map sensors swapped, but I would think that would throw a cel. (and there is none) I'm wondering if this could be a vacuum problem but as far as I can see all are hooked up properly. Any ideas out there? I appreciate any help I can get, and if anyone needs anymore info, let me know. It's my daily so I'm trying to get it back on the road asap. Let me know what you think. Thanks again

tps and map sensor plugs swapped would not throw a CEL.

Ok, ill try to find a pin out of one of them so I can verify if I have them properly plugged in. Would that cause this kind of reaction?

Hey guys, so figured out the problem. Vacuum leak on the line going from the intake manifold to the fuel pressure regulator the and one thing I didn't even think to check was the throttle body gasket, or lack there of. So now that I did that and threw some spark plugs at it, she runs like a champ.
