Did a y7 to y8 manifold swap yesterday and what went wrong was I put the wrong hose into my manifold, and that hose was the coolant line so coolant got into my head... What should I do? Change oil?

When I fixed the line my car fired up strong but white smoke was coming out of tailpipe I let it ran and white smoke tended to disappear and took a test drive once it finish white smoking for tailpipe, white smoke was gone but when I drove home it started to make white smoke again...

Is it because coolant is being burnt? What should I do and tips maybe a change oil to remove coolant from oil?

Desperate for help!

New head gasket (blown gasket and fixed about 4montha ago)
Water pump replaced
New timing belts

If there is oil in the rad, and coolant in the oil, flush and change both?

It seems to be the most logical option I would think.

Forgot to mention I flushed the rad but I'll flush the oil today, wondering if that would work
