Y7 to Y8 intake mani swap help
hey guys...I was wondering if anyone had a FAQ or some sort of write up for a Y7 to Y8 intake manifold swap? I search and checked the FAQ thread but found nothing. I know what i'm doing and I'm pretty sure i've thought of everything but i just wanna be 100% sure. Anyways it would be very much appreciated

It's a bolt on affair, you need to use an 96-98 automatic ex intake manifold, you would have to use your throttle body, you would have to switch the circle thing that is connected to the butterfly where the throttle cable connects. Use your injectors not the ex ones they wont work, you will also have to extend one sensor the one that is on the fuel rail. If you have any questions just pm me

why would you have to use the y7 TB? why not just get the throttle cable for the y8 and ditch that upright POS? maybe i'm missing something
