Yeah, you'll need the two pin connector from the 5-speed IAC valve and connect the yellow/black wire from the three pin to the green/black of the two wire. Then connect the black/blue wire to the black wire of the two wire connector. The other wire from the automatic is not used.
You'll still want to run coolant thru the IAC valve.

Re: y7-y8 IM swap over question? (Marauder)
ok, let me re-phrase that question, i have an automatic civic y7, and im trying to put a manual y8 Intake manifold on it. I'm going to run the y7 TB and y7 IACV. But i have a 5spd IM and its original 5spd Ex IACV, so im going to use it to plug up the two holes and just run a loop between the two coolant pipes out of the EX IACV, to solve the vaccumm problems. THIS will work right? remember im just trying to patch up those two holes in the back on the intake manifold.

oh yeah and one question, couldn't find any rubber hoses for extending the PVC and EVAP hoses. Could Vinyl hoses work or are they too weak, and would they work to flow coolant through them. thanks

Yeah, that would work as a easy way to block the holes instead of a block off plate. You can actually unscrew that plate on the Y8 IAC. Those two coolant lines it has just warms up the IAC and only flows thru it. If you take the two screw off the plate that holds those two nipples on the IAC you'll see that nothing will leak under it.
PCV and Evap hoses wont be too critical. Some emissions guys ave issues if you don't use the right type of hose.
