y7 throttle body on a y8 intake
hey guys,
i am in the process of getting all the necessary parts for a mini-me. I am a broke *** college kid so I won't be able to do it till the summer. I was wondering if my y7 throttle body will work for this or do I need to get a y8. I have a 97 civic dx and got the head and intake mani off a 99 ex.

Yes you can use the main part of the throttle body. They're even the same size. You'll need the bracket that holds the throttle cable though.
