Default wut is this whistling.

i have a 93 civic ex with a cai and exhaust. when i accelerate i hear a whistling noise. is this jus my cai?? it seems like only a certain rpm range then it goes away. i dont hear it if i go wot its only if im city driving it. thx

It's caused by air rushing through the throttle body at certain throttle positions. It's perfectly normal to hear when using an open-element intake setup.
