WTF? throttle sticking after high RPM shift
Hey all,
What would you do about this? I have a D16z6 right now and whenever I shift higher than about 3k rpm the throttle sticks a little bit when I step on the gas again. It is getting a bit annoying! Im thinking it might be a vacuum leak or maybe I should clean my TB. Your thoughts?

I think it opens fine, but after it decelerates after a shift it sticks closed and i have to apply a bit more pressure to snap it open. Im afraid it might be a vacuum leak goddamit! gracias.

hmm I dont have a floormat on my drivers side, maybe the carpet. I'll check

I used fuel injection cleaner spray and rubbed my finger around where the throttle plate closed. I had some gunk built up that was making it stick. Good luck.
