wtf... my exhaust.....
is really silent. i put a "fart can" on it that i had laying around from my old 91 civic. it was almost stock sounding. i removed the resonator, barely made it any louder. wut is the prob, i dont want it sounding like a weed wacker, but it is so quite.. any suggestions guys?? thx

i spent 130 bucks on this when i first got it through keystone. i put it on a 93 cavalier and it shook my house when i drove by. (yes im exadurating) i put it on my civic, its quite. im thinkin about gutting my cat that should jump it up a little bit. thx

if u want go to youtube.com and tpye in 93 civic ex.its an inside video. it just doesnt seem as fast as it should be. it has intake and exhuast. thx guys tty in the morning

bwahahaha thats the one thing that pisses me off in nj. everybody thinks they drive a lambo or something. speed racer is out everynight running 18's in the quarter mile lol.
a good exhaust will make a difference in the tone of the exhaust but what motor is in your ex? personally stock single cams are not fast at all so idunno how fast u expect this thing to be.

I am willing to bet that the reason the exhaust was louder on your cavalier is that it had larger diameter piping than the civics restrictive exhaust. Since i assume you just put the can on your stock pipe, it is not going to sound much louder (if any). If you do want that can on the car at least take it to a muffler shop an have them bend 2.25 inch tubing and weld the can on. I did this to my civic back in high school and it did actually sound good.
