wtf? installed new ignition coil and car isn't starting??

98 civic ex

Removed my msd ignition and just installed a new ignition coil. Now the car just about turns over and then nothing?

There is spark coming from the coil.

check firing order, and make sure that there isnt a huge gap between the cap and rotor.

unless I am having a total brain fart the firing order is fine

removed the cap and re-installed it and I am getting the same thing

wow I think I owned myself on this one

frustration got the best of me

re wired the msd and put the msd cap on....only to realize that I think each of the 5-6 times I checked over the spark plug wires....I was looking at the damn diagram the wrong friggin way.

car is running and I will just try again in the morning
