Bird's nest I found hiding in my core support. Assuming something the previous owner Mickey moused but trying to figure out what exactly it is.

And this is the chunk I found tucked away in my core support (actually chillin in front of the radiator)


I have an HID kit, no brights that was on the car when I bought it. Could this be lost remnants of my high beams? Not good with electrical stuff, Not sure..

Any help is much appreciated.

yep. first pic the single wires are AMP connections used in HIDs.

Thanks Schoolian, That's the one w/ the red and back wire which goes to the ballast right? I should've specified, I'm wondering about the other ones; the connection w/ the cluster of black wires

Looks like aftermarket HID wiring, but for a 9006 light bulb.

Strange that it'd be on a Civic.

EF civics and CRX's use the 9005/9006 bulb type. More than likely someones cheap hackjob to "retrofit" something
