alright, i am possibly getting a 94 del sol dohc vtec, for pretty much free. as of now, it has 7900 in shop estimated damages. there is no suspension or engine damage, save the fans, a/c compressor and radiator. everything else is body damage. would it be possible to just cap off the a/c and remove it entirely as opposed to getting another compressor? how much would i be looking at spending on getting the cooling system fixed? if i had it right in front of me, i would scan and post the estimate. but most of it is body damage stuff. any ideas? i've never worked on a civic before.

if its an si model its sohc vtec, if its a VTEC model its dohc vtec (b16)... just thought id add that. as far as repair costs idk... not too much though

so would you say i could get the engine cooling system done for under a few hundred?...i've only worked on fords before. this should hopefully be easier. haha.

post some pictures, how bad is the body damage, minor dents? by the price you said, it sounds worsth then just body damage, more like frame damage.
