Default WOW...problem!

i just got my swap finished (b18c into EK) and it drove fine. then the next day i start it and it was really boggy and wouldnt pull as hard. i drove it for around 5-10 minutes and i could feel it slowly wanting to pull harder like it would cut in and out then finally it would go back to normal and drive like a champ. i am not sure hwat it is, ecu problem fuel problem or what. it is fully warmed up and still drives slow untill you drive it for like 10 minutes or so and then it will come to life slowly. what can this be. should i reset the ecu. it does it ever time i turn the car off and let it sit. any suggestions

I dont know if your problem was the same as mine but for me it was my cap and rotor. They were so corroded that when my car was at high RPM it would misfire. Check your cap and rotor.

fuel pump maybe? i had a similar problem with my swap. it drove alright for a bit, then its just sucked. it was smooth, but then i tried to push it, it just bogged. i would reccomend the new walbro 190lph, b&m fpr and fuel pressure gauge. or u could go with a gsr pump and use the b18c fpr

you may have just hit the head on the nail. i got the swap 2 days ago and got the piping for exhaust ran today. there is not a second O2 sensor in place yet. do you think that could be what is causing the problem. i am pulling the codes tomorrow and am hoping the light is only on due to the O2 sensor. could this be the only problem

you need both O2 sensor's or an O2 simulator bro. That will definately put the ECU in limp mode, and can cause spradic performance issues.

sounds like you are not getting enough fuel, pull the pluggs and check them out.
