Would VTEC work with VTEC pressure valve code 22 ON.. ? what could that be? .. help plz

No. Vtec wouldn't work. Check oil level and check vtec solenoid filter screen

When you remove the vtec solenoid theres a little screen on the bottom of it...make sure its clean

also check the oil pump, it could be going aswell.
