would my motor mounts fit and any other engine
i have a d16y8 i want to do like an h22 or a b16/18 swap i would like to know would my mounts work on any of these engines?

B series Yes with the transmission mouth from a B series . but a H22 no u would need hasport mounts which u would be better of swapping K series if u do that

K series is much more expensive. There are deals to be had, but the same applies to B and H/F series.
H or F are a good bang for the buck. Cheap, lots of torque, but either you're stuck with undesirable gear ratios and having to bash in your frame rail, or spend 800-1000 on an adapter to use a B trans.
