Default would a 99-00 bumper fit on a 98 civic?

Does a 99-00 fender fit on a 98 civic?

I just want those fog light moldings on the side. Or is there a way to cut it out yourself or mount it on a 98 civic bumper? Im not talking about those round fog lights.

*sigh*

My response:
Search, you ******* noob.

My help so I'm not breaking the rules:
You need to swap out the fenders, hood, bumper, headlights, grill, and modify your core support.

You didn't search hard enough. Front end swaps are more common on here than code 22 ...

you dont necessarily have to modify your core support...you can just cut little slits in the bumper and it will work fine. but other than that,

and to the op: yes, this has been covered tons of times. 99-00 front end conversion. very very common....and i guess with some time and fabrication skills you might be able to get some foglights on the side of the 96-98 bumper...but it would look ridiculous. just get some 96-98 fog lights, or do a front end conversion.
