I want to say that the rears are the same for shocks, but the fronts are different. Koni has a different part number for the EG and EK fronts. The rears are the same. The springs are the same.
88-00 Civics and like 91?-01 Tegs use the same dimension LCAs in the rear, and the top hats will interchange. I have tophats from a 92 Integra on my 93 CX because I had some lying around that were in better condition than my Civic ones.
If you can swing it, Koni yellows and Eibach Ground Controls are nice. Just don't buy Skunk2 springs. They suck. Hard.

springs will fit for sure.
however, for the rear shocks, you'll either need to use 96-00 LCA shock bushings, or file or grind your stock bushings down to be narrow enough. The 96-00 rear shocks bracket is narrower than the 92-95.
For the front they should fit perfectly, besides that the brake line bolts won't line up.

yeah 96-00 lower controll arms are thinner and the 92-95 lower controll arms are too fat for the ek shocks but u can file the eg control arms thinner too fitt the ek shocks but fronts are the same good luck
