Re: worth the trade? (93HatchCali)
ya cheaper to maintain and easier to find parts for(like when you get into a fender bender). plus there's so many parts for the engine out there that are cheaper now cause people are upgrading to cars like the ek and paying more for those parts. plus i personally dislike the look of the later gens headlights, always looked like a scared catfishs's eyes to me.

maybe if there was something you had regreted doing on your car and wanted to start over but it sounds like you have put in a lot of time and work on your car to just trade it in!

i have done everything you could probably think of to the eg..from installin the dash to putting the engine and suspension works on it.. the thing is..i want to start new and redo everything myself..because the eg i have no..there is nothing else i could do to it..plus there were front and back accidents..but fixed..i mean is the price for both worth it..or if i was to sell it..how much wold you guys think i could get off of it..it also have shaved handles and door poppers on it..lip..sideskirt..etc.etc.

Re: worth the trade? (EG Civic)
well im sure that there is still more out there for you to do. is it turbo or built na? you can get some traction bars, slicks, headlight conversions, theres always more you can do. but if you wanna start a new project and think your old one is done and getting old then go for it. or add a turbo to spice up the relationship.
oh adn i don't think that you can get that much for your car, for some reason they just don't hold their value, and the newer one will for a little longer.

Re: worth the trade? (EG Civic)
let see about 7-8g's IMO.... but keep the EG EK hatch looks no better than EG
but of you do trade it for EK might as well go for the 99-00 civic SI
