Default Is it worth it to switch ECU's?

I've got a 2000 civic lx (OBDII). Will it be worth it getting the harness and switching over to OBDI even though my civic is a SOHC non-VTEC?

no, there is almost no performance to be gained unless the motor is heavly modified.....
