Worth rebuilding a B20?
I know this might be under the CRV thread, but would you guys think it's worth sending a B20 to a machined shop? I spun a rod bearing on mine, and been told it's cheaper to just buy one, than to get it all machined.
I plan on re-sealing the whole motor, new pistons, gaskets, bearings, etc.
So isl the JDM b20 block worth the money for a machine shop?

Not sure how much an average machine shop will do my block....
I think he meant it's cheaper to buy another motor, than getting it rebuilt.
Labor would kick me in the ***.

Damn, I rebuilt my D16 for about $200 on parts. No machine work thou. That was minus pistons, and water pump too.
But I'm going all out on this one. Not cheap, but in no hurry. So I'm just looking for decent deals online.
