Worth putting Type-R steering rack on a non-PS EX EJ1??
ok the PS is gone from the coupe, and i wanted to install the R steering rack because from what i read (searched) its a direct fit and its better then my stock EX. Now the question is if it will still be better even though i dont have PS? Should i install the power robber baron back on my can and run the PS with the R rack? I have a R steering rack so thats why im thinking about this...so can anyone help me out is it MUCH better a little better or....?

the ITR rack will be much better. Quicker ratio and better feel.
All you need to do, to do this safely, is make sure the rack has fresh PS fluid in it, and run the Real Time Racing breather setup off the rack. This way, the rack stays fully lubricated and the breather line allows the fluid to fluctuate- so you aren't building up pressure.
