Default is it worth it?

my friend bought a 94 civic si hb a few yrs ago and blew the z6 in it . i built him a mini-me and a few months later he blew it . well he starved it of oil and he spun a rod bearing . now he is strapped forcash and offers the ca to me for 1500. title and all . i always wanted an eg but never found a real si like i wanted . its black with a set of neuspeed race springs (yellow) and some 17 rims on it . its straight and needs a new paint job but i would hate to start over again after all the work i have put in my ef. i like the eg cause everything just bolts up in it . plus its an si and i want the amenities that comes with this car, i.e. a/c ! havent had a/c since 96 when i did my 1st swap in my car.

Well none of us can tell you if it's worth it or not. If you like it, buy it. If you don't think you need it, don't get it. Simple.

Never hurts to have 2 cars. I like taking my time when doing repairs/upgrades without thinking I have to drive this car tomorrow.. better hurry..

I'd get it... Only question is if it is a project that you should take on right now. However you probably won't find another hatch for $1500...
