Default worried over here!

alright i've been hearing about way too many theives breaking into cars and stealing cars in san diego lately. im worried sometime in the future it'll be my car. i know my car isnt worth stealing but who knows how weird these theives will get. dont the theives just stick a flathead screwdriver into your key-hole to get into the car, and use the same tool to just stick into the ignition (where the key goes) and start the car? is there any way to prevent all that from happening. i thought i read soemthing about doing something to the door handle? im not too sure, ill be locating my car into the underground parking soon, but in the mean time im a little bit worried. any help would be great.

hakemjmba: IM'd you.

For 4th and 5th Gen Civics, it takes about 2 minutes.

AAA had to unlock my car a year ago. Plus theives just tried jacking my car from a parking garage while I was at work a few weeks back. You could see the marks they left. PD got great finger prints!

I removed my inner door locks and added a few other custom features.

remove inner door locks
relocate power door lock switch
put a plate in front of your hood latch
pager alarm
autolock
lots of kill switches
leave your interior/exterior stock

not much more you can do
