On saturday i was on my way to the la auto show. On the 110 we encountered some traffic no big deal. At one point the entire freeway had come to a screetching halt at least in the carpool lane. Looking in my rear view mirror I notive a jeep grand cherokee getting closer and closer then boom he rear ends me. Now I have to go through the hassle of dealing with his insurance co. to get me car repaired.





It really isnt that big a deal but my EF was rear ended by an audi in october of 2002. My luck or lack there of i guess.

Sorry to hear that.

I've got into worse situations within the past 2 years in my Civic. I get rear ended by a Chevy S10 at a red light. Also about a Year ago I rear ended a brand new Mercedez but I won the case do to the idiot came from a parkinglot into a oncoming traffic; wasn't safe to turn into kind of case.

id be happy its just my hatch! Igot hit and all the damge it did was my fender and door and they paid me $3300 in 4 days! But dont get me wrong...sucks ***! Good Luck!

my roomate's accord was rear ended. TWICE. the first time, he was able to get enought $$ from the other guy's insurance to respray his whole car. the 2nd time, he got a body kit put on

**** that. im getting sued by some old bastard because he ran a red light and i hit him 2 YEARS AGO. he said he was driving along and the cop beleived him. now he is suing me for injuries.

Looks like almost the same thing that happened to my friend..he bought new clips and touched everything up with paint......can hardly notice from more than 5 feet away unless you're looking for it....he got nice check too, $950.
