Should your thread title actually say "won't crank"?

Stop quoting random ****. Use complete sentences so we can actually understand what the **** you're talking about. Does the car try to start, but fail, or does it not try to start at all? What voltage do you get across the battery terminals?

9v seems low you should have 12-13v in order for the engine to start. Also have you checked all the ground points?

9V!! your battery is not only discharged but also pretty sure it's dead. An acid battery under 11V, even "empty", is never a good sign.

So you created a new, equally shitty thread? That's not how it works. Quit with the multiple posts, quit with the quoting random ****, quit with the useless posts. Use full and complete sentences, and type in a way that actually makes sense, instead of the keyboard diarrhea you're doing right now. Punctuation is your friend. Stick to tech, and stick to one thread. This is basic netiquette stuff.
