The car started already before

Now when everything is put together car cranked but i didnt hear the fuel pump work. Only tried cranking it 3 times, i thought i might as well put gas in it sense i bought the shell i never added any gas. As i was adding gas i saw through the window that my ECU wasnt plugged in. Plugged the ecu on and put the battery in again now it wont crank and theres no sound of the beeping noice when u put the key in and when u turn over the key all u hear is fuel pump.

Checked all the fuses in cabin and bay all good
changed ecus still no crank
changed batteries still nothing except i can hear the fuel pump
ground it even more
everything is connected
checked the power to the starter and its good

i dont know if it could be the started i never let it crank for long time, car always ran and started up quick, h22 was pulled out from my prelude that has now 140.xxx can someone tell me how to check the started if its good tx

a few reasons why your motor wont crank
burned fuses
dead battery
bad starter
hydrolocked
or something stupid like it´s in gear

all fuses are good
i tried 2 batteries one from prelude and another one from del sol
not hydrolocked
and not in gear

will be checking the started on tuesday or so

give the starter a few strikes with a hammer on the selenoid whille a buddy cranks it.
