I did a JDM D15b swap in my EG and i replaced all the harnesses and the car wont crank over. Checked main relay and fuel is getting to the fuel rail. It makes a clicking sound in the fuse box under the hood when trying to start. Air, radio, cluster, etc. works. It throws a 10 and a 22 the 10 is intake temp. and the 22 is vtec but its not wired in yet. Any suggestions. Thanks

have you tested the battary to see if its good?
also is the wires hooked up correctly to the starter

You'll get codes if you dont have those systems wired in, so thats more then likely why your getting those. Check your connections for the starter. Take a test wire and jump it to the starter solinoide wire TEMPORALY to see if it cranks that will give you an idea of the proplem but before that use a test light to see if your even getting power there. Could be a bad starter.

Checked all wiring it all connects and tried to jump battery but no luck. When i try to start it the air stops flowing and the cd player cuts off while on START.

thats normal

take the starter out and take it to a auto part store to test to see if it works

My friend helping me said it seems like a wiring problem in between the ecu and the fuse box. Do you think this is the issue.

Why would you do that swap? I'm actually curious. Never heard of this.

he may have had a vx, cx or dx engine . . . i swap to a d15b befor a z6 anyday, cheaper and jsu a tad bit more power

I wanted something that no one around here has. I am not worried about having the fastest car. The swap actually is rather nice. Plus i bought the EG as a shell with no engine. D15B vtec motor was cheapest.
