Re: wondering (whitemike1644)
if u really want to lay the power down and not have to much wheel hop from what could be a torque beast u have there.. I'd go with koni yellows or KYB agxs.. with GC coilovers 400 front 450 rear .. but u may also want to look into a LSD for that tranny so at least it can help you put the power down correctly..but for suspension you can do what I recommened or u can go all out and get a $1000 suspension full coilover setup.. but the nice thing about the GCs is that you can order any spring rate from ground control that will better fit your needs. than a off the shelf good quality suspension that may either be to harsh or to soft for your liking

Re: wondering (IM ALL BOB)
if you wanna lay the power to the ground better, you want to have your front end softer, to allow for some play in the suspension with all the torque. This will give way before you start hoppin'. I was always told, and what has worked best for me, is as soft as you can go up front( within reason), and as stiff in the back, to keep the weight up front. Now for different types of driving, you want to setup your suspension differently.

Re: wondering (ryu12341)
well keep in mind i am trying to get a good median here this is my daily driver for now and i don't want to have stiff *** springs and get whip lash evertime i hit a bump.
i just want a good ride i don't want a crazy drop or nothing i was thinking like 2" max and just whatever would be bette for me traction/wheel hop wise. and yes i am planning on a LSD later on but for now i was thinking which suspension setup to go with so i can dropt he damn car its too highg for me.
so i should go with the setup you suggested and i am looking for something decent soft wise not really stiff
