wobbly wobble

Default wobbly wobble

i jus put some 15" rims wit some nitto 450 195/55/15 on a 96 dx hatch. when i hit around 60+ the steering wheel shakes a lot and was wonderin kuz they didnt balance rite or is it my camber or toe?
